hello fantastic fans..........
remember i said that there was still some big news to come, well i meant to say 2 big news' to come........read on.
meanwhile paul o'grady is on holiday this week and he has got different guest presenters in everyday to do his show and the various bits..........so i'm on his channel 4 show tommorrow (wednesday) in the third bit, playing the keyboards, because i am ace at that and then on thursday night i'm on granada soccer night , which goes out between 10.30 and 11.30 ish (north west telly only) doing some ace football stuff which i've just filmed this morning in stamford park as "the alty" wouldn't let me use their ground !!! ( i don't think i'm flavour of the month/season with them at the mo !!!)............. also i might have some very special news for you on the album release ( or should i say three albums !!!!!! ) and my christmas panto is selling out fast (all three shows) so hurry if you want tickets, and remember it's being filmed................ best regards

hello fantastic fans,.... aswell as my proper telly show on friday (which gets repeats this weekend in colour,..... i did next years comic rleif video with peter kaye and a host of stars, read the extended entry to find out who !!!!.
meanwhile cherry red phoned me up yesterday and asked me if i wanted to put out the next best of cd ("e,f,g,&h") before my new album "11:3:7" ??? what do you think ???? send them aan e-mail on the cherry red page on this site and let them know what you think !!!. ( and let me know too !)

also, zurich has been comfirmed for my world tour along with scunthorpe, grimsby and l.a. so it's getting quite big now. oh yes and i'm on the paul o'graydy show this week and granadas soccer night.

hello fantastic fans,.............frank sidebottom here...........
i went into channel m last night to make some changes to the set for the repeat,........... but it was a wasted journey as they just show what you've done allready,.............. but i did get a chance to pop in on their new "the city centre social" show which started last night and is ace too.
there is a colour repeat of my "proper telly show in b/w" tonight at 11pm (but that's in colour) and you can also tune into watch it now by logging onto www.channelm.co.uk and looking for it ( i am doing a felt tip pen page for their site and a link from mine to make it all easy............. details to follow...........
my new show on channel m is this friday night when i will be doing episode 2 (and it will be in black and white !).

i've been off at g-mex today interviewing people from space and telly and films etc and i met my good friend gerry anderson who said i can be in his next live action series.

...............i'm actually at channel m at the moment where i have been most of the week, so i've loads of chores building up at home, also i went to see the bonzo dog band last night who were very very very excellent and good.
i've booked my first 2 guests to be on the show, one is a household name and the other is a newcomer......... but neither will be noel gallegher, as he is going to be the guest on the city social show on channel m, and the law states that you are not allowed to have the same guest on the same channel twice on the run..........
(but you can win an oasis dart board.......... not on my show............. on there's............ in color)
i'll keep you posted on the run in..

hello fantastic fans.........
only 3 days to go now till my new telly show is on the air, and i've been at the channel m studios all day today putting some guitars up in the blue area of the set with a thunderbird one, and very cool it looks too. dave did some pictures of me and i try and get some onto this site so you can have a sneak peak at it....... i've just a bit to sort out with chairs ( as usual ) and hope my mum doesn't miss the two stool from the kitchen.
oh yes ........ there's even more exciting news than my new tell show,...... an even 'newer' one, details on that on friday, with tune in news and times for the world.

hello fantastic fans
my mate peter kay has just asked me to be in his next big video thingy, you know, like "amarillo", so that should be good if it happens. i went to portmerion, on sunday and today i did an interview with channel m's steph (who likes stockport) who writes for the manchester evening news, so that should go in on friday.......... and friday night at ten is my proper telly show in black and white..............

hello fantastic fans, only 10 days to go till broadcast.............
and what a ace day i had in york on sunday............. fisrt of all i did some pre-match entertainment before the york city vs altrincham match at kit-kat crecent,.........yes that's what it's realy called.. and it was great to meet so many fans that had travelled from alty. their mascot is brilliant it's like a real lion, but it's just a bloke dressed up, but it was fantastic as me and him went round the ground giving out kit-kats from our buckets of kit-kats.
it was ace when i got down the alty away end and i think most of the kit-kats ended up there, infact i spent so much time down that end that i missed getting to the centre circle in time to have my photo taken with the captains and the ref and linesmen (.....bobbins !)
the match was also a bobbins disaster for the alty who lost 1-0 but i must say the york city goal was a belter.
..................................read on for showbiz and fireworks.............. thank you

..........so after the match they put on a ace big huge firework display right where the alty fans had been stood and singing, while everbody went to the stand at the other end of the ground. it was very noisey but nice.
then at 8 o'clock the real entertainment stardted when i came on stage in the york city social club, ...
there were fans from york, plus fans that stayed from alty and timperley, plus people who came from leeds and grimsby, plus one bloke and his sone whocame from london,........... and none were dissapointed as i gave a fantastic showbiz show. the only down point of the evening was that littl frank did just a bit too much for me,..
i'll try and keep him in his case more next time.....

so i'm in "frank's proper telly show ( in b/w )" mode now for the next week or so as i get all thi final bits ready for my first show which is on channel m on friday 17th november at 10 pm. ( details of around the world times and how to watch it will be on this site any day soon-ish).
dont't forget that my pant-o-rama "bobbinson crusoe" starts in timperley on 9th dec ( ticket details from mr. alston on 0161 652 1217 ) and i'm also at the darwen libruary theatre on the 25 th this month

hello fantastic fans, .......frank sidebottom here with the ace latest news.
........and it's only 19 days to go before my "proper telly show ( in b/w)" starts on channel m. and i'll be giving you a full page on this web site with how you can tune in, where you can tune, and what time zones it'll be shown in as i'm bound to get a big zulu following, along with the americans who have been asking me to go over there since the late 80's ( note. letterman could be on for 4:1:7 !!! ).
so there will be all the info of how you can tune in on 19th november 2006 at 10 pm t.m.t. (timperley mean time) on cable, satalite, freeview, terrestial, and www. . also me and dave have put the rest of the main set in urbis.....for more info read extemded entry.........
meanwhile i'll see you at york city f.c social club on sunday night (5th nov) for a concert at 8pm, and in the afternoon i'm doing the york vs alty match at 3pm and firework display at 6pm........... read on....

......so me and dave put in the mindbending dungeon set today and tested the train tranformer on the hypnotic wheel, but we had to switch it off after a couple of minutes as we were both falling under it's mindbending spell,..... i'll have to warn my guests about that or they'll never be the same again.
so as the days tick down to transmission, you might see me out and about in timperley and manchester filmimg the titles for my show, and also some trailers....... but the best thing is.......
...... no i can't tell you yet !!! it's just too fantastic to beleive !!!! i'll maybe tell you at the weekend,...but what goes with the telly show ...... will be a world first,........ and i mean a world first.......
anyway .. see you in york on sunday, and play nice with them sparklers
