hello fantastic fans,...........
i've just got back from the channel m stage on oxford road,. where me and gerry (off the telly) have been introducing some top pop beat group band type thingy's.
it was ace to see flay girl (gemma) abd martin (my top friends) in the audience,..... ask them about it !!!!!
anyway got to get up tp to key 103 now to do wickseys show at 9pm

hello fantastic fans,.....

and the ace news is that 6 new episodes of my "proper telly show in b/w" have allready been planned and
should start being filmed within a week or so, (providing that channel m tow the line with me and i still get a repeat in colour and my mum let's me out !!!!!!!)

this series will have a 'celebrity sleepover' theme,..... where i will be going and slleeping over all night at celebrities house's with my pyjamas and loads of sweets, crisps and pop .... plus my keyboards (but unfortunately - little frank and his stupid hot water bottle too !!!)

so,........ i've allready got the celebs lined up,......but i'll keep that a secret for the mo,......
but it'll include pop stars (like on top of the pops),.... funny men (like on funny telly shows),.... and a couple of oddballs (like on ,.... erm !!!!).

but the reason that i'm doing this series on location is that channel m still won't let me bring my "proper telly show in b/w" set back into their studio,........ but i've had offers to take it elsewhere so it'll be their loss and the rest of the planets gain !!!

off to bath for my first concert in the area in over 15 years,....... and i've been getting some ace films together that none of you have seen before for my "frank's world film night" at tv21 in manchester.

hello fantastic fans,........

,...... and yes,..... my world tour has finaly finished,.... and what a ace,... fantastic and top world tour it has been !!!! ,.... it all started in new york a month ago ,...and finished in belfast this week - with over nine thousand miles traveled ,... nine (9 ?) areoplane trips,.. endles automobile journeys ,.., taking in such exotic places on the way as dublin, germany and scunthorpe.!!!! - plus loads of telly, press and radio along the way and a bucket loads of photos and endless film,..... phew !

but the last night of the tour was nearly ruined when little frank failed to turn up for the 'mchugh's' in belfast,...... and not only did he not turn up for the concert,.... but he never even got on the areoplane !

so after the chester concert last week,..... little frank starts to complain that he's looking a bit battered.
( you see - i warned him it would be hard work doing a world tour,... and if you're not up to it - it can take it out on you,........ yes fans,.... life on the road can be hard ---- and i think that that finaly sorted out the men from the cardboard !!! )

so anyway,.... the day before the final concert,.... i agreed to give him a 'bit of a glue' to help him make it through,.... and i popped him into my mum's airing cupboard to dry him out for getting the areoplane in the morning ,....... and the stupid stupid stupid puppet let me pack and leave for the airport without reminding me to pack him ,....... so it was his fault that he missed the final show,..... but i managed to save the day by singing for nearly 2 hours and included a ace new version of "the i.r.a. are really fantastic" which brought a few 'gasps' from the audience (surley for my brilliant keyboard playing !!!) and one member of the audience was heard to remark " i can't beleive he just sung that" ( again surley due to my brilliant voice !!!)

so,..... i save the day,.... and save the world tour,..... and had a ace party after with pop - and no puppets,........... life doesn't get any better does it !!!!

hello fantastic fans,........

so i was in germany, and i've just finished my concert,..... and i've met the fans,... and all is ace,... and it's a hot night ,.... and we're all outside,....... when suddenly i see this "thing" !!!!!!
and i shout "blimey" what was that ??????
and everybody sais "what was what??"
....... right ........ i'm not joking now ........
but i'll describe what i saw.........
it was dark remember...... but this thing came across the road ,.......
at first i thought it was a fox,........ but that lasted about a milisecond,...... 'cause as this thing looked at me,...... i knew it wasn't a fox !!!!!!!!
i can only describe it as -
the size of a medium dog - with a face that looked like a cross between a cat and a gremlin - a tail like a fox - and it hopped liked a cross between a squirrel and a rabbit !!!!!!!!!!

yes,...... i'd just seen a brand new animal i've never ever seen before,........
if it had been a polar bear, or a zebra,......or any animal that we've all seen on the telly,... i'd have known what it was !!!!!!!!!!
but no !!!!!!!!
here's something i've never seen before,........... but to cut a medium story short.....

it was a --------- "marder"
and wait for this........
they eat car break cables and drink the break fluid juice to get drunk !!!!!!!
and it's a huge problem in germany ,..... and you wake up to go to work in your car and the brakes don't work because a 'marder' has eaten your car during the night !!!!!!!!!!!

how brilliant is that,...... and after chatting with some germans ,..... one of which (chris) had worked in the uk - comfirmed that "no you don't have marders in the uk"

i've done a google search - check it out yourself ------
it's a totally new animal that i've never even heard of before ----- come on attenborough - let's have a documentry on them ------- they are so ace and stupid ----- and i've seen enough penguin's

hello fantastic fans,.........

blimey,........ everywhere i go on this world tour of mine - everybody loves me (and little frank unfortunatley).
dublin was ace last night,......... i just finished about a hour ago,........ and i did way longer than i was supposed to - everybody seems to know all my songs too,... and just keep shouting for more requests.
i met some ace irish fans after the show and had loads of pictures taken ,... so exspect them to crop up on this or my www.myspace.com/franksidebottom site.
i'm getting a areoplane back in a bit so i can sneak in before my mum wakes up.........
ta to all who came to chester the other night,... that was ace too.
radio 5 on saturday,......... and back for belfast next week for my final world tour date.
